Our Role
SabiChangeTech operates as a managed service agency.
We:
Handle client negotiations, and invoicing.
Assign project briefs to approved team members.
Facilitate smooth collaboration and payment processing.
Your Role
As a freelancer on our team, you agree to:
Deliver high-quality work that satisfies the client and meets project requirements.
Communicate professionally and promptly with our admin team.
Respect client confidentiality and SabiChangeTech’s internal processes.
Avoid direct communication with clients unless authorized by us.
Client Dealings
SabiChangeTech acts as the middleman between you and the client.
All communication, invoices, and project updates must go through SabiChangeTech.
If you have your own client and wish for SabiChangeTech to handle negotiations and invoicing, we can do so under the same terms.
Our standard service fee/commission applies to all payments processed on your behalf.
Payments
Payments will be made to freelancers only after the client’s payment is confirmed.
SabiChangeTech deducts an agreed percentage commission per project before payout.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid delays.
Chargeback Responsibility: If a client requests a chargeback or refund due to unsatisfactory work, poor communication, or missed deadlines, you will be responsible for reimbursing SabiChangeTech for the refunded amount.
Client Satisfaction
You must make all reasonable efforts to satisfy the client and complete revisions (within project scope).
Consistent client complaints, refund requests, or unresolved disputes may lead to removal from the team.
Intellectual Property
Work you produce for a client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
You may include completed work in your portfolio unless the client requests NDA or confidentiality.
Quality & Deadlines
You must deliver work that meets professional standards.
Revisions requested by the client (within scope) must be honored.
Late delivery or substandard work that causes client dissatisfaction may result in non-payment or removal from the team.
Confidentiality
You agree not to bypass SabiChangeTech to contact or work directly with our clients.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination from the team.
Termination
SabiChangeTech reserves the right to remove a freelancer from the team for:
Repeated late submissions, poor quality work, or unresolved client complaints.
Breach of confidentiality or direct client poaching.
Unprofessional behavior or non-compliance with these terms.
Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Continued participation in the team means you accept any changes.
